We ship orders internationally using trusted logistics partners depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders worldwide.

There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout unless otherwise stated during special promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (when available).

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier system.

If your order contains multiple items, tracking updates may appear at different times depending on shipment handling.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability and logistics routing.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Address Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.

However, you may request cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order, after which processing may begin.

If an incorrect address is provided by the customer and the package is lost or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the loss, and we may not be able to replace or refund the order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

OmzaMart is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied upon delivery.

We currently ship to most international destinations, including but not limited to:

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, United Kingdom, European Union countries, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and more.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

OmzaMart is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers or customs authorities.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
